Seems odd to me... i experience 3day without power... when m home i use stick to stir the water to create exchange oxygen, also i use gas stove making hot water to warm the tank... total 76 hours without power and winter time too. Luckily my tank got through without lost.

How the temperature when it happened? Must be been awhile before fine out?

Hi guys. Just got an used apex el 2019 $300 (can't pass). Never have Neptune system before... please share tips n tricks. My system so simple... most of them by Ecotech ( lights, return pumps and power heads) now control by Mobius. Two parts dosing and Arco power control by Bubble magus dosing...

I had g4 pro, what kind upgrades are they offer? G5? I have multiple lights.. would not like mixed up. Light works normal until connected to Mobius, i think software problems. They and i try multiple way but not things work, lastly they decided to take back... will see what they offer, wii...
