You can safely dip in 3% H2O2 for 2 mins at a time. Though I wouldn't suggest dipping the entire rock. Try spraying on the rock (outside the tank). Maybe some other folks can chime in whether the whole rock can be dipped.

Happy to take a look! But like @richiev said, you have to be reeeally lucky for the damage to be repairable. Most of the time, if mosfets are damaged, they burn through multiple layers of the PCB. Regardless, if they are already out of warranty, I’m happy to take a look.
