Maybe check out the Reefbreeders photon lights? They are *relatively* cheap and have really easily customizable spectrums in my experience, plus if you upgrade you can easily chain two together

Mine took a little while to take off, there is not too much PE on these at least for me, but it is encrusting nicely and doing well, took a good month though

I use rowaphos/GFO and occasionally carbon, I could prep an extra bag of carbon in case it needs to be changed out which might not be a bad idea

I've got chaeto for you in San Leandro, I also had trouble with keeping it alive and the light spillover, getting an algae reactor really changed the game for me
