LSM Lunar Simulator Module (White Lights?)

Long ago, my first tank had an extremely dim plain white LED; late at night, the tank had a magic peaceful look (that’s how I can describe it) then the craze for blue moon lights came; some argued to “simulate” the moon cycle but it was mire for aesthetics than for any other reason in my...

I have one that I adapted PVC fittings so it can be plumber with regular 3/4" pipe; there's a DIY somewhere that shows you the tank and the modified overflow bulkhead.

    150 Gallon w/stand and sump

Remember the cabinet comes apart at the bottom; that should ease passing it through most doors; tank itself is about 27” in height. A Torx/Star drive bit is needed to detach the base.

    Tankles water heater question…

We like the place where we live, nice quiet neighborhood, cannot afford to move nor we even think of doing it. Think I'll wait for the reply to the city authorities from the management company. sometimes it feels like I'm riding in a souped up car and I can hear the engine revving up and down.

At the apartment building where I live, the tankless heater was relocated under our unit; there’s been construction for well over a year to add two new units in what used to be a basement and a garage; the heater was in the basement connected to a hot water tank reservoir. Construction began and...

    Metal halide and ballast - Sunlight Supply Maristar 48" - 2x250W DE & 2-T5

10000 years from this post someone will be digging through the ancient ruins of what seems the small town of San Francisco while looking for the mythical leaning tower of San Francisco; the dig site will be off by two, maybe three miles due to the geographical shifting of the land. That person...

    Metal halide and ballast - Sunlight Supply Maristar 48" - 2x250W DE & 2-T5

Even the ballast has to be a sought after item as if that is a BlueWave2 or 7, I believe is the correct ballast to fire Radium bulbs.

Neptune Flow Sensor size for 3/4" plumbing?

I would; gate valves are much easier to fine tune than ball valves. Ball valves are better to shut the flow completely, 1/4 turn and flow is off. A manifold will loose flow with the multiple connections, Tees, Elbows, reducers and what not. The Gate Valves allow you to compensate each outlet...

Neptune Flow Sensor size for 3/4" plumbing?

Instead of a ball valve, I’d suggest a gate valve.
