It looks like standard airline tubing. So I'm guessing a LFS should have some.....

Yea, the tubing that runs from the liquid to the doser - not any physical pieces. So should I still go to a LFS to get the airline tubing or can do home improvement stores offer it?

@J: I was gonna go with RB's but I bought Ian's Elos fixture which has 4 T5 slots. On my next tank I'll go RB's ;)

Yea. I figured I'd get 2 bulbs just incase it's too much red then I'll switch out 1 of them and keep the other for when I need to replace the bulb. But maybe I'll be surprised :)

Nice. I'm thinking of running 2 ATI blue plus, and 2 fiji purple. Or if it's not blue enough, I'll go with 3 ATI Blue plus and 1 fiji purple. :8)

Does anyone run Phoenix 14k MH's? I've read really good things about them but wanted some feedback from someone who currently runs them. Are they unnaturally blue?

Why not go to a NAPA auto parts? I prefer talking to a human about these sorts of things. Brakes are nothing to mess around with :)

JAR: Do you think they were picking on the clam because there wasn't enough left over food from feeding the fish/corals? I sometimes wonder if over-feeding helps eliminate natural tendencies of certain animals...

The ones I know that are reef safe are scarlet hermits and (electric) blue knuckled hermits. I've had both for years and have never seen them touch any of my corals. They do walk around or on top of them sometimes, but never eat the flesh. However, ask about 100 reefers this same subject...

Give it some time. Also check to make sure the flow isn't too high. Mine went and hid under a rock for a few weeks before coming out.
