No it hasn't yet but only switched to the drain and jar recently. I havent had issues in the past but would always clean the cup and sensor thoroughly when it was getting full. I keep the drain valve closed so I can still utilize the float on the skimmer cup.

Yeah exactly like that. That is what I did with my lights. I already had the 72inch RMS rail that my lights were attached too. I just changed how it was mounted.

Couldn't these be attached to a rail? It looks like it from this picture that they would slide on then held in place the this Allen bolt.

Forgot to let everyone know that my lights didnt end up in the tank this morning and i got the lights balanced but not lowered. Im not sure how much par increase i would get with lowering the lights but figured that should be something done slowly.

No it is just screwed into the drywall with one of these toggle bolts the bolt is then ran through this piece here that is circled. The bolt from the toggle replaces the screw in the picture.

I still went with toggle bolts just alot smaller ones then I planned on using. Yeah I normally keep my sump level a little lower than this but when I do water changes I have a tendency to put more water in than I take out. So it's a little high right now but the sump is 74 gallons and should be able to handle all the ato water and the return water if something fails or both.
