That looks like a bit of Cyano around the live tissue. It will smother it if you are not careful.
Suggest gently cleaning around the edges with a tooth brush every couple of days.

Or blow it off with a baster or siphon out with airline tubing.

I tried to scrape it off but it didn't come off. So it seems to be coraline algae.

I still have mine and amazingly it still looks the same!
No growth.
I have a green one that has grown well but this gold/ orange one doesn't want to.

Time for condolences, @dochou lost a frag.

It died during my tank transfer in March 2020. It never grew for me.
