Found the tank that goes on a stand I offered a while back (no takers) so here it is again.
Tank has some scratches, stand was re-finished in black with some left over Minwax Polyshades and is constructed of solid oak, no doors but you can add those.
I'll give you a tank to use as a sump, all you have to do is commit to pick up.

Again, I prefer someone who is getting back into the hobby or just starting but not a must.
Need the space as more projects require the real estate.

Pick up in San Francisco.

Sunday mid-day works best but I might be available other days too.

Is not a garage; basement at my brother's. Problem there was not being able to look at the very back but getting there and 20 years from now on the news "A mummified body was discovered today in San Francisco..." Few days after on the same newscast "The mummified body belonged to a male and has been identified by his widow by the SF Giants shirt he was wearing the day he left to search for a water pump..."
