Yes, but those are typically from the wild, and very much a risk. Those wild mini colonies have a high death rate. Ask me how I know.

Wild means collected from reef
Marincultured which is what randy talking about is raising coral in a section in the sea near shores and grow it for resale.
Both will have the same risks of pests and sensitivity of the coral.
