Always get logged out

It seems like no matter if from my phone of my desktop every time the site is idle for awhile or if you shut down and re open, it forces me to log back in, and before you ask Yes I have checked the box saying to keep me logged in. Is this just my issue or are others having this issue as well

Bump, anyone figure this out? Only having issues with Chrome logging me out (even with keep logged in checked).
