Congrats Ed.. My wife got layoff when she pregnaned the first boy. She stayed home for almost 4 years to take care the kids. One advice for you, let her go out as often as you can. Staying at home with the kids all day is not fun ;D ..

We tend to go a little stir-crazy if kept in the house all day long without an outlet...then you'd reap the benefits of that when you got home from work. ;D
None here either. My director got let go and I've been carrying his workload for 2 months now. We just hired another one and she'll start on Monday, which I'm looking forward to.
