Prices on plumbing parts are ridiculous now. I'm on my 3rd round of ordering pieces and all of them have been >$150.

Might not help everyone, but I have a lot of old plumbing parts from previous builds saved. Get yourself a reamer bit if you do. I’ve reused many a Spears gate valve and unions.
