Phong - I agree with racrumrine. Hold off rent a condo or something. I think we made a mistake in buying the condo during the seller's market (3.5 years ago. I believe, now, it's a buyer's market. I too looked into trailer homes - but I just couldn't think of putting a fish tank in the trailer. I would get nightmares about the tank going through the floor. ;D

I can see it now - Waking up in the middle of the night and seeing your trailer with a hole on the floor and, looking out side, seeing nemo and his fish gang trying to make a get away down the pavement.

I'm not going to have a big tank if I setup another tank. I'm taking my time looking. No rush. The new mobile home is a lot stronger than you think man ;D ..
