Been looking at the T5 dealss having trouble deciding on what colors?
Im going with four 6ft t5 with Kessils down the middle .. Two T5 in front two in back..
Can you recommend what color bulbs? I do prefer a bit more white rather than the windex look but can always adjust with the kessils if the blues are the best

The Regal 200INT skimmer I have is very quiet and real workhorse. I also use a larger Varios8 pump as my return, also very quiet and reliable. I can just barely tell when they are on or off because I’m tuned in to the sounds my tank makes, but no one else in the house can.

Thank you! I just pickup a Reed Octopus Varios 2 for $110. I'm using one right now for the last 3 years, doesn't hurt to have a back-up.

Dang - BAR members are so fast.
This morning I added the UV, the Varios2 pump in the cart and continued "shopping" for 5 mins top. They were both gone at checkout time.

I’ve used icecap skimmers in the past and always found them to be on point and the price on this was too good to pass up. I’m also trying to replace an ac Red Sea skimmer which works fine just a backup is always nice so for under 200$ shipped to me I’m giving this a chance.

No one needs an Abyzz, but they're pretty damn nice, especially if you consider they come with this cool little pen

The main reason I like them so much is that I do not know another pump that you can run down to 1% of its max power. This is where good separates from great.
