Broken eb8 ?

I’ve never had a broken eb8 before. Has this happened to anyone ? I’ve had a single outlet go out but never the whole thing. My eb8 never acted up before. Today I just noticed that everything that was plugged into it was on. My apex says it’s disconnected. I tried to reset it and the apex but it’s the same. Has this happened to anyone else ?

It’s happened to me. It’s a goner. Probably cheaper to buy a new one. But if you are technically inclined you can try this fix:
