What a nice setup you have. That rock flower is amazing! I also love the full face hawkfish shot - haha.
Welcome to BAR! I am in Pleasant Hill (East Bay near Concord/Walnut Creek).

Thanks everyone,

I am updating this thread because I am about to upgrade (again!) to a Waterbox 220.6.
I recently had trouble with my doser tubing getting pinched in the Alkalinity container and have had a few Alk swings because of that.
I thankfully didn’t lose any corals!
I however lost two torches and one beautiful hammer (gold and blue) to what I thought was brown jelly disease, until I borrowed the PAR meter and realized I had lowered the lights too much! I was trying to limit algae growth and overdid it, I learned my lesson!
My torches and hammers are doing great now.

I have a hard time keeping my Nitrates up and will start dosing again soon.
I am not going to reuse most of the liverock in my current tank because it is just too difficult to create the new layout with wet rock while changing tank.
I bought 100lbs of used liferock (arches) for $90 and already worked on scape (see pic).
I tried to learn from my “mistakes” and made sure the rock layout was not too bulky to allow for good flow circulation and tried to limit shading.
WB220.6 is scheduled to arrive next week! I will post again when I get it and will update equipment and livestock list.
I’ll attach a few recent pictures of the tank.
Also, my username is Holly94583 because Holly is my cat and she was ok with me using her name (Cat tax below)
