Yes!
The recommended pump size for it is 300-1,030GPH
The pump I have is the Danner 9.5B model
with 950 GPH

Not sure about that but if you have a matching flow then the chiller might need to be serviced.

Run the chiller in a separate container; check temperature of the water and set the chiller at the lowest temperature; it should cool the water, if not then my guess is it needs a charge of refrigerant gas.
