after many long hours and dealing with stupid people who cheat others (grr still a little irratated).. >< I found a great guy who came and fixed my chillers and recharged them.. good rates.. Promised that I would mention him here.. you can find him on Craigslist http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/sks/911124441.html. He said he didnt know that there was a market for them.. And that he can build them real cheap 1/2 hp for 3-400.

Think he is based out of Oakland and Castro Valley. I did ask him if he did service calls in San Jose, and he said yes. After the conversation I suggested he get hooked up with Max. He said just let people call him and he will work around their schedules.
