Constantly logged out of Neptune apex

For those who are using Neptune apex are you constantly being logged out of the app (session expired). Sometimes
twice on a day this happens..

When I had my last tank-this was never an issue. Not sure if this is a Wi-Fi configuration on my end or just the app itself..

Not the end of the world but annoying.

Yup! It was starting to happen quite frequently for me as well.... I don't know if I noticed it on the web but the iPhone app definitely seemed to be logged out more often than not.
It would be pretty strange for it to be a wifi issue - its likely an app/server thing (auth token missing or expired on either side - thats my guess anyway)

I only say Wi-Fi is that it seems to happen more at home than away -and wonder if it’s related to the mesh set up that it’s running its own dynamic IP range.

Will contact Neptune and see if they can help resolve (and will share if actual sustained solution).

I don’t know much about tech. But when I was on Wi-Fi. My Neptune always dropped. When I hard wired it. The problem went away. If you follow telegram. He says it’s just a cheap Wi-Fi dongle.
