Google lens gave me about 6 different answers.. Pod or shrimp? Good I imagine? I’ve got thousands in my sump ranging 1-3mm

If they scoot around pretty fast, they're probably Mysid shrimp. I can't ever get them to reproduce like some people do (fish free and crushed coral tanks seem to have a ton):

Yeah, they be scoot'n pretty good. Thats probably what they are. I lose dozens every time a do a water change. Maybe I’ll get a little sieve.

Probably a good list to have for "successful" tanks where we can get "tank grunge" to be on there. DBTC for gunk in their tank for people that want to inoculate their systems with good organisms. I know I hit up Kenny and scoop stuff out of his invert tanks since they're full of good things. Almost like a donor registry lol
