Cutting/removing ORA plug

Hello. I would like to mount an ORA frag onto a rock. What's the best way to remove/cut the plug?

Cut right through the base of the plug and then epoxy/glue that plug to your rock.

Or you can break the frag off the plug and then glue the frag to your rock. Doing it this way you actually end up with having two frags since most ORA frags are encrusted onto the plugs.

Thanks Eric. What do you use to cut the plug? It looks pretty thick for my usual wire cutters.

I've used Dremel tool w/ diamond bit for that. Worked great.

I plan on snapping it at the base, transplanting, and regrowing with all the "residue" on the plug.

Same as Robert. Dremel with 1.5" diamond disc. Cuts through it like butter.

Then I start a DBTC chain with what grew back on the plug, thereby passing on the curse of the ORA plug to the next victim. muahaha!
