DBTC: Green BTA

When you have one available, I would love a frag!
I think we should let your tank mature awhile. How long has it been running? Also, do you have powerheads in your tank? Every PH and guard I've tried these nems have gotten through, and several have been lost by recipients from this thread in that way.

@MolaMola If you want to wait, that's absolutely fine. To answer your questions:

- The tank has only been running for a few weeks, but I used live sand, and I added live rocks from my last tank, and a few ammonia-eaters (an established mangrove and some mushroom corals) to the small tank that's plumbed to the same sump. The tank responded well to an ammonia challenge-test (i.e. add Microbacter QuickCycle and see how long it takes for ammonia levels to decrease).

- I don't currently have any powerheads running there, but I was hoping to eventually run a pair of mp10s. Do you have a different solution that you recommend? Or do you not have any source of flow in your tank beyond the return?

I recommend min 5 months for nems, they don't do well in newer tanks from my experience. There are plenty of other corals that are far more hardy for newer tanks.

Nems definitely need gentle - moderate flow. 2 mp10s might be over kill definitely depends on tank size. And never even consider a nem with out nem guards on power heads.

Nems are currently in small tanks (Biocubes), so I just have random flow generators from Vivid Creative Aquatics on Locline returns

Thank you @MolaMola !! The nems are doing great! You weren’t lying when you said they’re movers! Tend to stay in a spot for a few days then cruise around. One has been in the same spot for a solid week though, that’s a record lol. Theyre playing nice with the rainbow ones and the clarkii finally took to one of them as well. Thank you for such a great addition to the tank and piece of local history!

Curious to see how the green anemone play with the rbtas. I have rbtas and was wondering about introducing another nem.
