These are really hardy zoas/palys and make a great beginner coral.
The polyps are decently sized with a nice skirt that has good movement. I have had these for years and they refused to die when basically everything else in my tank did.
As soon as I got my tank going again, the colony grew like crazy and completely engulfed the rock they are on.
They are thriving on the sand at about 100-150 PAR.
