Diagnosis

Good day. Just picked up a trio of Prymaid butterflies and have them in the QT. One of the trio have something I can't identify on its left side. Can any assistant in letting me know what this could be. Thanks

To me it looks like a wound that is turning into a bacterial infection. Which could go away on its own with good nutrition like vitamins in the food, lots of nori and stuff like that. Needs to be observed so it doesn’t get worse or it might need to be treated
