Didn't know peppermint shrimp jump

Found one all dried up on the floor.. didn't know they can jump out of the tank :o

When they feel threatened, they will jump. It's most obvious when you are trying to catch them.

Ditto, I have seen cleaner shrimp do it as well.

Don't get it Jeremy :D ..

I didn't try to catch it. I just moved the stand/tank about 5' from it's old spot.

This would do it. Just imagine a giant picking up your house and stomping down the road about 5 miles. This, let alone the vibrations in your house and the subsequent noise, would be enough to make you feel threatened, if not totally scared to death.
