I do and I use oyster feast and I'm trying out reef roids. My acans get mysis once a week

Yes -- and it depends on the corals. I use a combination of Reef Roids, Coral Frenzy, Oyster Feast and Phyto-Feast for most corals. For larger corals I use Mysis shrimp and an LPS pellet from ME corals.

I used to target feed my kids but my ex-wife always yelled at me to stop throwing food.
