Dosing Red Sea Ab+

Just curious with people that have been dosing Red Sea Ab+ how much are you dosing? Are you dosing the recommended dosage, dosing everyday/everyother day/once a week? I have been dosing 14ml to the 90 gallon and 9ml to the 60 gallon everyday since April. Nutrients have been stable. My Salifert No3 reads 5-10 and Hanna Po4 reads .10 but ATI ICP reads 2 No3 and .03 Po4. I do have cyno in the 90 gallon but I had that before dosing.

for my sps dominate rsr350 - 73g display with 18g sump, i dose 30ml everyday. no3 25ppm (salifert) with po4 0.015 - 0.031ppm (hanna ulr phosphates)

I'm using the mixed tank recommended dose. Actually, a little less than their recommendation. For my 250 liter system, I'm dosing 8 ml/day; 2x a day 4 ml gets added. More about my food dosing here, if curious.

For my 300g I only dose 70ml daily

I’ve used it off an on for a long time. When I use it, I use the recommended amount. I’ve never seen any difference positive or negative. But it is so hard to tell with all the other variables, and the placebo effect is strong.

I dose 20-30 ml daily in my 65 and 10-15ml daily in the bigger tank. The big tank doesn’t need it since it just has fish.

Personally, I found I used much more AB+ than the Coral Essentials and in the end...the Coral Essentials is less expensive. You can pre-mix the coral essentials in water and dose.
