To be fair he said 3” of pvc so street would be shorter by maybe 2”. Not sure the gap between bulkhead and water level here

make sure you drill a hole at or just slightly below the water line for a syphon break.

Smaller than 1/16". We drilled that in the restaurant tank and now have a super soaker when the tank is low, haha. All it needs to do is suck air to prevent the siphon.
