They are actually sponsoring clubs to bring in speakers similar to Reef-Nutrition®, not actually speaking.

Sera Marine has been doing it, Red Sea does it, we do it... nothing new

FWIW Max fly them out before they were the shznit (not to speak though)

They don't do public speaking though I am pretty sure.

Given new FTC rules involving blogs I wonder if Jake would have to disclose his "gifts" from EcoTech when doing talks

He does say he was given pumps to test Mike... he even mentions he's still using a beta from the first series

I told Jake and Ryan three or four months ago about the pending FTC guidelines so they had ample time to start doing it :lol:

FWIW the Ecotech dealo is for raffle items, not speakers. They get so many requests they decided to just make a form for people to request items. They don't handle that part anyways, an outside marketing company does and has for a while now.
