Update time. Looks like my cycle is coming to an end. Any idea on when I should start seeing algae growth

PH: No change
Ammonia: 0.25 PPM. Drop of .25 from two days ago.
Nitrite: 0 PPM down from .50 PPM
Nitrate: Same at 10 PPM.

Is it bad to want algae so I can get a CUC going?

Water test is exactly the same but I see signs of life.

My water started getting cloudy and I could not figure out why. There are tons of these white specs all over my glass and they move. Are these pods?
