This is a 12 gal nano that I recycled from Mario (xcaret) and the live rocks from another BAR member as well. The system is basic with some membranes filters: 100 and 50 microns. Light is a nano ai sol. I just top off with ro/di and have not changed water for months.
I am slowly testing out coral growth: zoas and lps do well. The sps bleached out more than I can say.

My sps bleached out again and again, probably due to bioloads:)
Thinking of vodka or nopox dosing on this micro environment. Any opinions?
And no, I ain't getting rid of the fish:)

No, you're right, I gotta get on that routine today. I didn't think about that because I never change water on it. Thanks, that was simple. I will update in a few weeks once I put a trial frag in to test

Are you kidding? Great that you take in the free creatures. Not great that they are not getting cared for. :(
 
Got these from tankguy the other day. Zoas are multiplying but the wrong ones. Still can't get sps and acans going.
