Except fish?

corals, hermits, snails, slugs, coral, tunicates, crabs, where is the line drawn? All those will not be allowed? Go get em Marshall!!!!

Yup but what about ones that sell corals and such as well... are they getting tossed under the bus ;)

Well, those are food, not "pet class"...

Sorry but there is no "food class" or "pet class" when talking about turtles and frogs. Try again :) Anyone can go buy those and keep them as pets thus violating the law ;)

This happens to be an area I am pretty educated in being I am in the feed business ;)
 
Yup but if not brought up, they'll be tossed under the bus. We've seen it numerous times like with the snail ban of which was supposed to be geared to only a few FW snails but was written poorly so US F&WS had to enforce the outright snail ban. Such stipulations have to be written in, otherwise all animals will be subject to the ban.
