I got this orange plating monti, I may be a cap but it doesn't do cap things... anyways, tossed a chunk of it in my frag tank on the bottom glass, within 3 days it was already stuck to the glass.
But in all honesty, most montis if you keep good calcium & alkalinity will grow great.

I’ve heard GSP will grow upwards faster. Probably has to do with light. Whatever you get mount it in the middle of the bottle, err I mean rock. Then we can figure out if it goes up or down faster
