Fish Food

I feed prawn eggs, mysis, cyclop-eeze, Formula I & II. All my fish love it!
I don't have any tangs or heavily herbivorous fish, so no Nori with me
While I may not be feeding the most varied diet to my fish as some other reefers on the board are, I always advocate that variety is best.

Go easy on the fish eggs. Fatty liver is a real problem for fish if feed a lot of fish eggs. It's not like fish spawn 24/7 making it available to other fish on such a timelime.

All fish need veggies. The may get it from the stomach of a fish they ate, but they need it, just like humans.

Gresh, do you think fish can get fatty liver from eating fatty fish? For example Hamachi toro trimmings or salmon.

Sorry to hear the food allergic problem Gresham.. I'm allergic to some kind of shellfish too but I don't know which one yet so I just keep eating ..
