Foam?

So you're supposed to put a small piece of foam between a plexi tank and what its sitting on correct? Where do we get foam like that for cheap? I don't think I've ever bought foam, shipping peanuts but not a piece of foam. Could I just use an old towel or something?

Just go to home depot or lowes. They sell them in sheets.

Which foam are you guys using? The foam that sits in between wood flooring and the floor beneath it? Or do you mean actual styrofoam sheets?

UPDATE: found some styrofoam sheets at HD in the lumber/insulation area. Bought a sheet of 4' x 8' x 1/2"for around $5.
