Acropora 3 wild colony (pc rainbow strain
???)

I'll edit and make the requested lists under the 3 different threads above.

The wild rainbow one seems those most plentiful with chunky frags, that could possibly be broken down into more frags. The others are pretty much fragged up already.

They are all pretty much fragged up already.

There’s gonna be some nice freebies at the coming up swap.
If there’s enough to go around. Save me a piece of each. But make me last. Only if there’s leftovers. Thanks.

Acro 1 does not look like a pink Cadillac in color or growth pattern. Acro 3 could be a pink Cadillac. Kinda hard to tell from the pics though

+1 #3 is the most pink-cadillac-esque.

I find it funny how they’re just in a pile
I bet he’s an old school reefer. They don’t cut frags. Back in the day. You would go to their house. Look in their aquarium. And say. Oh. What’s that ? They would go. Oh you want some. Stick their hand in and snap off an arm. And just give it to you. None of this micro fragging crap. You would get a chonk !!!
So your colony these days . Was a frag back then.

Wait.....we don't do that anymore?

I remember the first time I found out about $50 single-polyp acros. And I mentioned it to an old school, been-in-the-hobby-for-decades reefer, and he seemed so disappointed lol

And then he showed me a grainy 8yo picture of his tank and I understood why: he had colonies that are actually wild-sized. And I was showing him a fleck of oversaturated pixels.

Acropora 1, Acropora 2.
One was identified as pink Cadillac, the other unnamed with a deep purple hue.

After being giving advice on how best to hand these out, I was suggested easy is best. I will bring to the swap they will either be in a box or on a table. Separated by the 3 types.

First come first served, only stipulation is that you give everyone a opportunity to get one. Please Don't take more than one of each type per supporting member.

There are a handful of people that reached out personally saying they won't be able to make it to the swap and they will pick up from me beforehand.

I don't have the band width or time to hand out to 50 different people on 50 different occasions. So only reach out if you won't be at the swap, and will pick up beforehand.

I have to admit got in slightly over my head and didn't realize many frags this would turn into, i didn't get around to fragging the one labeled pc rainbow wild??? @Turkeysammich has agreed to give me a hand fragging that one and bringing it to the swap.

So i have about just under 50 total frags of the first two probablya 60/40 ratio between the two acros, plus a small container of tiny nubs of both of them, not worth the effort or cost of using plugs to mount them. I will bring those as well in case anyone wants to grab a nub or two (hopefully they make it until the swap as i just placed the whole nub container in the tank on a rack).
