I have seen these picos in person and they are pretty awesome. I think he has more stuff in these pico than what I have in my tank right now lol.
 
Nice tank. How many gallons? What equipment you have? I have a 2 gallon Betta tank at home, thinking about freshwater planted or salt nano/pico.
 
Its 3.7G , Imagitarium glass tank from Petco (35$). Heater Aqueon 20W, AquaClear 20 HOB filter, Kessil A80 (recently added, it was powered by ABI 12 W LED bulb till last month), I have a dedicated tank thread for this pico in nano-reef.
