FTS test shot with new filter

Just picked up a Kodak Wratten No85 n wanted to test with my iPhone

Using the iPhone native app.

Using an app called Procam that allows me to adjust color temp. This is set at 10k.

Both were shot with the filter hand held in front of the lens.

I got it at Keeble and Schurt in Palo Alto. Its an old film photography filter. It was in the used dept so I got it for $5.

Amazon has it but its more.

Terms to search for are CTO filters (full, 1/2, 1/4) or daylight/tungsten filters or No. 85a or 85b filters. These should correct 6500k to 3200k.

Back in the day, these were used when you were shooting in daylight using tungsten rated film.
