For those who may want to attend a memorial, I received this from one of his friends. Not sure I can make it or not.

Family and friends of Patrick:
It was wonderful to see many of you in Portland a week ago at our celebration of Patrick’s life. As promised, we've been working on arranging a second celebration in San Francisco. Patrick lived in the Bay Area for more than a decade and there are no doubt countless lives that he touched.
Here are the details for our San Francisco gathering, which we hope you will be able to join us for:
Saturday, June 20
3:30-6:30 PM
Mountain Lake Park picnic area
1 11th Ave, San Francisco, CA 94118
http://sfrecpark.org/destination/mountain-lake-park/mountain-lake-park-picnic-area/
Food and beverages will be served. To help us purchase enough for everyone planning to come, please respond to this email directly if you'll be joining us.
Our gathering will be to celebrate and honor Patrick, so please come prepared to share stories and memories of your time together. Patrick loved stories— telling them, hearing them, and creating them—and so we hope that he would appreciate and enjoy the thought that so many people who cared for him were gathering to share in one another's company and remember times he spent with them.
Dress code: casual, unless you think he would have wanted you to wear something more formal.
Also: many of you have asked about organizations you can contribute to in his memory. In consultation with his family, we would suggest the following three, all of which represent causes Patrick believed deeply in.
The Coral Reef Alliance: Working with people around the world, the Coral Reef Alliance protects the aquatic ecosystem and leads holistic conservation programs that improve coral reef health and resilience and are replicated across the globe.

Hyde Street Community Services: HSCS is a non-profit organization located in the Tenderloin District of San Francisco that has provided comprehensive psychiatric, medical, substance abuse, and case management services since 1975.

Golden Willow Retreat: Located just outside of Taos, NM, at the foot of the beautiful Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Golden Willow provides counseling, education and support nationally and locally to individuals, families and communities experiencing grief & loss.

Finally, please share this information with others who you think might be interested.
Thanks and look forward to seeing you on the 20th.
