Gamete release

[Kensington Reefer]

Last evening I witnessed my colony of mini brittle stars releasing clouds of gametes into the water column. It looked like the ponape birdsnest was smoking! I've seen similar events with trochus snails and bristle worms in the past but never these brittle stars.
This occurred around dusk and after a regular 10 day 30% water change with filtered natural seawater.
Did anybody else have any spawning events yesterday?

Yes, stomatella snails on Friday morning. In my case I thought it was because I had let the tank get a little warm on Tuesday (forgot to turn the fan back on after doing maintenance).

Yes my Perc. clowns spawned. Also after a regular water change. But they have been pretty constant for a few months now every two weeks.My Maroon pair laid on Fri.
