I thought so. I think they're the only one with whale sharks as well.

Ditto! I'm so glad we moved to California. Monterey Bay Aquarium is the best aquarium I've ever been to, and now it's only an hour and twenty minutes away!

Don't forget about CAS... them and MBA are two of the best public aquariums on the planet.

My parents live in Atlanta, so I've been to the Georgia Aquarium 4 or 5 times. I went to the Aquatic Animal Life Support Operators (AALSO) conference back in 2007 that was held in Atlanta. For the final evening, they rented out the entire Georgia Aquarium and we got an amazing behind the scenes tour of the whole life support system. I have photos of the giant protein skimmers and reactors that I can try to dig up. Also, a couple years back for Christmas, my parents got me a pass to scuba in the Ocean Voyager tank with the whale sharks and the manta rays. I have a video of that I can find as well. Its an amazing aquarium!
