Green Astreopora

In battle this coral beats green lithophyllon. I broke it up before it got too deadly. Just a shark bite look in the extended soft tissue.

Hmm sorry to hear that Sfork, mine is still doing well. It had that algae when I bought it but it hasn't seemed to grow much in my system. Algae's grow slow for me though.

Yeah the tank I had it in is way overfed and low water changes because I'm phasing it out for a breakdown. Surprisingly my cleanup crew does an excellent job and the only place I ever see green algae is on the frag rack, nothing seems to eat the red turf luckily it never spread to the rocks.

I've since moved it into my upgrade tank, with the good polyp extension i'm expecting a full recovery.
