Green Slimer with STN in Oakland

I was very graciously gifted this frag from fellow member @divewsharks in February. It started to STN (more like ultra slow) at the tips in mid April. I moved it into a very high light, high flow area, but it's not working. It looks like a couple other tips are starting to melt. I'm out of tools in the toolkit and I'm ready to pass it on while it can still be saved. There's only one other spot with laminar flow that I'm fairly certain it won't like. I love green slimers and will be back for another try someday. Nice piece with several branches ~2.5" long. It's the only grouch in my tank with some other ostensibly fussier higher-end acros. Don't understand it. Free in Oakland if you want it.

Have you tried snipping the tips off, maybe 1/4” into the flesh? This may remove the cause of the stn and allow it to heal. This has worked for me 70% of the time when I have stn and 50% for rtn.
