Help ID this hitchhiker

I got this as a hitchhicker from a piece of liverock i bought 5-6 years ago from Nippon Goldfish. It survive the tank cycle and the ups & downs. It stays small for couple of years but within the last 2years it starting to spread and the PE increase alot.

Too hard to ID odd softies via pictures, sorry. Some will say a "leather", or "finger leather" but recently I've seen something similiar that no one could ever guess the latin of

I believe it is some kind of LPS not a leather. It grows like a monti.

These are things you should post in the OG post IE. it's a stoney coral of some sort. has flash like a LPS, etc. Just throwing a pic up does no one any good and only serves to hamper what you are asking.

How can a LPS grow like a monti?? Do tell
