Help with ID of weird thing on my glass!!

Hello everyone, i noticed this weird looking white stringy thing on the glass of my tank this morning. Anyone have any ideas on what it is? It's not moving so i'm not sure if its alive or not.

Those look like snail eggs. Probably harmless. Looks like astrea or trochus, but could be a wide variety.

I've seen mexican turbo snail stand on their hind butts and spawn eggs and sperm in mid water column. looks like some kind of egg trail if its not moving.
