Raise your phosphates don’t use media that absorbs them.
I’ve seen nassirius snails lay eggs on tank walls but usually in a different pattern.

I always thought trochus snails were broadcasts spawners, but I have some reproducing in my frag tanks and have been seeing some small egg sacks that look more like yours. Haven’t noticed any wiggling tho. Could it be flow moving the sacks?

For your dino problem, if it is that, hydrogen peroxide dosing and 3-5 day blackout... then run blues only for about a week. Don't change water either. The dirty water helps tonhave other things outcompete the dinos...including themselves
