Any ideas what this is? About 1 cm long. Hitchhiker from the fragging workshop.

Bristle worm. Harmless to your corals and is a good detritivore, but can sting you a bit if you touch it. Feel free to either flush or keep.

Thanks! I've seen bristleworms in the past, but they were always much longer! That threw me off!

Looks like it got cut in half and started regenerating, that's probably why
