Hullo my name is Duane. I'm new to BAR. I've had me reef setup since 03. going thru OTS (more like neglect since august 08). I've let the tank go since most of the live stock died from the heat last summer, yes I never had a chiller I always crossed me fingers during summer time. but I'm glad im here. Im currently nursing the tank back to top form. wish me luck

Welcome. Have you purchased a chiller for you tank, since you had a crash?

nope any ideas. I have a 92 gallon bow. please weigh price/reliability. thanks

Well, I have a pacific coast chiller. Price wise they can't be beat. I've had mine for over a year and haven't had a problem with it. All you would need is a 1/6hp chiller.

If you are thinking of getting one, now is the time to do it. People tend to unload them during the winter and you can find some good deals on Reef Central and Craigslist. If you wait till the summer you are likely going to pay very clost to brand new prices.

My personal preference are JBJ Artica chillers.
