How many glass tanks have you had as a reefer (survey)

OK I am trying to get a small statistical study (either logistical regression and/or hazard ratio) going in respects to Red Sea tank failures, but I need to know some inputs first -Once I have this information then I will have a much more thorough form in Google for people to add in data. See if I can get enough data to power it.

The poll isn’t really accurate tho. I’ve never had a Red Sea or waterbox. But I’ve had countless petco glass aquariums for whatever over the past 40 years of fish hobby. Never a leak. I would never run a Red Sea tho. I still run my dad’s 80 gallon stainless steel and tar aquarium. It’s had water in it almost 60 years non stop.

Having 10+ tanks though in last 10 yrs is impressive

No-it’s a collection of failures specifically relating to Red Sea.

I am trying to assess actual probability of greater failure (or not) of Red Sea to other manufacturers

But in order to assess that -I need a lot of input on other tanks as well.

Hopefully I didn't miss understand. I only considered after I counted the tanks in my head. Does this mean still actively running or combination of was running/ still running?

IM10, IM14, IM20, IM40, IM50, IM100, IM200, two RS130, aqueon 5g and now the 9 footer.

For the purposes of data collection for the study -the IM10, IM14, and the aqueon 5g would be excluded. Possibly the 9 footer depending on gallon size.
