How to download video to my thread ?

So I bought a Flip to take videos. I figured out how to download it to Facebook, but need help downloading it to my build thread. Anybody have any experience with the Flip ?

upload it to Youtube, then embed it here.

Yep Gresham is right, I believe we can only embed Youtube videos in the forum.

Okay...so I uploaded to Youtube, but I can't seem to embed it and get the video. I can only link the URL at this point....what am I doing wrong ?

youtube urls are in the form of
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wKTXJUYiAT4
To embed, you need the code to the right of the equals sign
wKTXJUYiAT4
Then you do
[*youtube]wKTXJUYiAT4[*/youtube][/code]
(but without the *)
and you get
[youtube]wKTXJUYiAT4[/youtube]
